Each access profile contains the following fields:

• Name

  A clear, descriptive label. Multiple languages are recommended when needed.

  Example: “Quarantine 隔离区”

• Access Areas

  Zones and sections the user is allowed to enter with this profile.

• Test Report / Special Approval

  Indicates whether the user must have a valid test result or special document to be granted access.

• Considered On-Farm

  Determines whether the user is marked as “on-farm” once assigned this profile.

• Follow-up Testing

  Specifies if additional testing is required after access is granted.

  Example: A second test may be required before entering production zones after quarantine.
